Orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Most in-stock items will ship out within 2-3 business days of ordering. Specialty items may take 2-3 weeks to ship.
You will be emailed tracking information and/or subscribed to receive carrier updates shortly after your order ships.
Unless otherwise arranged prior to shipping, all items will be delivered curbside, signature not required, with standard transit times and no delivery appointment.
Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and provided an approximate date of shipment.
Shipping times vary depending on size and availability of item(s), manufacturer, and delivery method. We provide the most accurate ETA (estimated time of arrival) based on the information on hand at the time of processing an order. ETA’s are good faith estimates of when the merchandise is expected to arrive at our fulfillment center.
Any shipping delays will be communicated to you at the time of your order, or as soon as possible thereafter. Additional shipping time may be required due to holidays, inclement weather, strikes, Acts of God, political unrest, loss, theft or damage of shipment, customs holds, carrier surges, or other unforeseen delays or force majeure events..
Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping is calculated as 10% of the product total before eligible tax or handling charges are applied.
Handling is calculated according to the total order value. Please use the chart below to estimate the standard handling charge for your order.

For example, an order totaling $200 would have a $20 shipping fee and a $12 handling fee.
Shipping and handling charges may be subject to vary by manufacturer, distance, weight and total purchase amount. Additional charges may apply for special shipping and handling requests.
Moss Manor has shipping partnerships with UPS and FedEx, which allow for reduced consumer pricing on Ground shipments. Smaller, less heavy items will typically ship Ground. Larger/heavier items will typically ship LTL Freight. Freight shipments may be assigned to a smaller regional shipping company. You are welcome to provide us with your own Shipper Number in lieu of shipping charges; please contact us to arrange or if you require additional shipping services.
Most items will not qualify for P.O. Box delivery. Orders eligible to be shipped to P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS priority mail only.
We are able to supply select products to Canadian customers from our distribution centers in Canada, or with an approved international carrier if supplying from our US-based distribution centers. Please contact us for product eligibility and to request a custom quote for freight, duties and fees.
Standard shipping charges are for shipments within the US contiguous 48 states. Shipment to other international locations, U.S. territories, AK, HI, islands within the continental U.S., P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses are currently unavailable during online checkout. You must contact us to determine eligibility and receive a shipping quote for international shipments. With prior approval, we are willing to work with a shipper of your choosing for international deliveries. Please contact us to place your international order and discuss shipping details. All international sales are final.
Express shipping is available for many of our items for an additional fee. Some items may be held for delivery at a future date, with prior approval. Please contact us to discuss options for expediting or delaying the shipment of your order.
Most large/oversized furniture and accessories will arrive within 2 weeks and are shipped via freight service. Standard delivery hours are between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The delivery company will typically call to confirm your appointment. All oversized items will be handled with care. Standard delivery includes delivery to-the-door (no inside placement, unboxing, or debris removal included).
White Glove Delivery
White glove services are available to certain areas within a 100 mile radius of Lafayette, Louisiana with prior approval, or may be coordinated with a local service provider in your area. Please contact us for eligibility and an estimate. White glove delivery fees typically include the following door-to-door services: indoor/upstairs placement (two-flight maximum or via freight elevator); unpacking and debris removal; and tool-free assembly (45 minute maximum).
