These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases and use of the Moss Manor website, operated by Moss Interiors LLC under the trade name Moss Manor. Please read these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy before placing an order.
Accounts and purchases
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information, use only payment methods you are authorized to use, and keep account credentials secure. Contact us promptly if order details are incorrect or you suspect unauthorized account activity.
Products, prices, and payment
Review product descriptions, dimensions, materials, variation selections, availability, and delivery requirements carefully. Screen colors and natural materials can vary. Contact us before ordering if a specification is important to your purchase.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping, handling, discounts, and taxes are displayed at checkout. Promotions are subject to their stated terms. Payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt; availability and fulfillment details may still need confirmation. If an item is unavailable or an error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it rather than substitute an item or increase a charge without your agreement.
Shipping and delivery
Our Shipping Policy explains delivery methods, estimated timing, shipping and handling charges, and special arrangements. Confirm delivery access and any requested services before ordering. Backordered, oversized, custom, or special-order products may require additional time. Delivery estimates are estimates, not a waiver of your rights if an order is delayed.

Cancellations, returns, damage, and warranties

Do not use the website for fraudulent purchases, card testing, unauthorized access, malicious software, or interference with other customers or the store. We may restrict access or review suspicious transactions to protect customers and the business.
Website content, photographs, branding, and designs belong to Moss Manor or their respective owners. You may use the site to shop and obtain information; commercial copying or reuse requires permission from the relevant owner.
